Where It Began
Touchbase Dealer CRM was set up in early 2003 by MD Paul Carroll. Paul has over 20 years experience directly in the Irish Motor Trade.
His career began in the Irish Times Motor Advertising section and includes direct retail experience with Ballsbridge Motors / MSL Group.
Further experience was gained with Permanent TSB Motor Finance before moving to work as a Director with Nissan Ireland.
Our Team
All our automotive CRM clients are assigned an Account Manager.
Each of our Account Managers has proven experience in delivering quality customer care and professional services.
